About Francois Byrne

Francois Byrne is the CEO and founder of leading portable power and energy storage company, Hybrid Power Solutions. Francois has had a long history of passion for the clean energy space. It was while attending Carleton University for a Bachelors of Sustainable & Renewable Energy Engineering that he first got a taste for fuel-free technology, where he designed and raced hybrid race cars. After graduating and going on to work in the rail industry, he went on to complete his MBA at ACU in Australia. Since launching Hybrid Power Solutions, he has won a multitude of awards including Peel Region’s Start of the Year, Prix Relève TO Entrepreneur de L’ Annee & Air Miles Small Business Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
